Partners Sales and Leasing is a dynamic company that was founded on the simple premise of providing lease-purchase customers with the best possible products, at the best possible rates and then providing the best possible service. We truly believe our success as a company is directly tied to our success in staying true to our founding premise. To this end, we follow a thorough interviewing process when hiring a new employee. The process allows us to identify if a candidate will be a good fit for Partners and if Partners will be a good fit for them.

While training is important, it is only one component of a valuable employee. Our first step is to recruit only the best employee for each position in our company. To achieve this we have a rather extensive screening process during which we determine if the employee has the skills and desire to be a Partners Sales and Leasing employee.
